I'm R4F, the voice behind Ridgemont4'sFinest. I'm an educator, content creator, podcaster, and somebody who's never had a problem saying what other people are thinking.
I've spent more than 20 years in public education, and if there's one thing I've learned, it's that there's a whole lot happening in our schools that deserves a conversation. Not just the polished conversations people have at conferences or professional development sessions, either. I'm talking about the real issues affecting teachers, students, parents, and the communities we serve.
What started as short videos sharing my perspective on education has grown into a platform for commentary, conversations, and content that goes well beyond the classroom. From education policy and school accountability to relationships, current events, and the occasional foolishness, I talk about the things people are already discussing—just without all the unnecessary sugarcoating.
Through Ridgemont4'sFinest and Teachers After Dark, I create spaces for conversations that are informative, entertaining, and sometimes a little uncomfortable. Because everything doesn't have to be politically correct to be worth discussing.
I'm also the founder of TLC Education Consulting & Advocacy, where I use my experience in education to help educators and families better understand school policies, processes, and their options when navigating difficult situations.
